RECRUITING BETTER OFFICERS

Bizazz Media has just finished three DVD's for recruiting correctional officers in the State of California. Our positive approach to the good work that is already being done in the Department made the job easy, since the subjects of the documentary approach were so sincere, committed, and outgoing that they made convincing arguments for careers in the field. From counselors to parole officers, from investigators to correctional officers, the hard working members of the department were unanimous in their enthusiasm for the job, and for the remarkable benefits that a career in the CDCR offers.
We have so many ways to deliver the message, once it has been produced, that this effective tool can truly make a difference in the numbers, and in the quality of the applicants. Next, we will approach the California Highway Patrol, and the Department of Homeland Security to offer the very special services that Bizazz offers.
